Happy Love House

The heart behind the name

I chose this name because Happiness, Joy, and Love are the most essential needs we seek in life. To me, these aren’t just words—they are a living energy. This is a place where we cultivate that energy together and live it as our daily reality.

The Vision

This is a call to anyone interested in living and co-creating alongside others in a space centered around a holistic view of health (Therapies, yoga, nutrition, meditation, arts, conscious sexuality, and beyond).

Happy Love House is a coliving space where you enjoy your own independence while benefiting from the energy of the collective. 

We hold the awareness that while each of us is walking our own personal path, we are also moving together as one humanity through this transcendent era of change.

Because we share a common spirit, natural synergies can flourish—whether through activities, workshops, or mutual support. Everything is based on personal freedom and natural affinity, with no pre-established commitments.

A small core group lives in the house as the foundation, while others come to nurture, share, learn, or visit. Located in nature and guided by permaculture values.

The House

Over the past four years, I have rebuilt a ruin into a modern, high-standard home. I kept the original 50cm taipa (rammed earth) walls and used lime plaster to create a truly healthy, breathable living environment.

The house features four fully independent studios (three currently finished) plus a shared common area and garden. While each studio offers total privacy, they are designed in a beautiful rustic style with all the comforts you need: plenty of natural light, double-glazed windows, and cozy wood stoves.

The Land

Set on 2 hectares of land with endless potential, the property features various terraces, a camping area, and a small natural spring. The infrastructure is already in place, including electricity throughout the land, an outdoor kitchen and shower, a compost toilet, and bungalow tents.

The Spirit

In today’s challenging world, we are practicing a different way of living—one based on human values, love, collaboration, and a deep connection with nature. To remain a universal space, we welcome various languages (English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese), as the most important thing is our ability to communicate.

We exist without political ideologies, rooted instead in love and mutual respect. This is a place where feminine energy—so needed on Earth right now—is held and supported by a grounded masculine energy.

The Details

• Rent: Studios starting from €500/month, depending on size.
• Transport: A car is required due to our natural location.

• To protect the existing peace of the land, we maintain a “no barking dogs” environment.

The vision for this coliving space goes beyond just renting a place to live. While the foundation is the independence of each private studio, the intention is for a positive synergy to grow between us.

To achieve this with those considering this space as their long-term home, I’ve adopted a flow based on my experience with various communities and colivings around the world. While the starting point is that initial “spark” or connection when we first meet, the true test is how things work in practice.

Because of this, my proposal is to begin by renting a studio for a trial period (minimum one month). Think of it as a “landing” phase—a chance for all of us to see if extending this into a long-term stay feels positive, effortless, and right for everyone.
